Digitizing is priced at $4.00 per 1,000 stitches. No Minimum charge.
Copy of Disk: $5.00
Hat Backs: Minimum charge $1.65 when doing the front.
Customer Supplied Design Editing: $2.00 per thousand. We are not responsible for sewing results on customer supplied DST files.
Production Schedule
0-10 working days upon receipt of Art, Merchandise & Approval. Artwork and merchandise must be complete prior to being put on production schedule.
Rush Order Charge
For all orders needed within the 10 working days:
10-5 working days-: NO CHARGE
5-3 working days : NO CHARGE
3-0 working days- 5 Pieces or more $25.00
Deposit
Deposit- A deposit of 50% order total is due at time of approval.
Spoilage
Although our normal spoilage is insignificant, we do allow for 2% damage. We will credit accounts for any spoilage in excess of one piece by replacing garment.

Shipping Fees are based on weight, dimensions & ZIP code. We use USPS rates unless you direct us otherwise.
Shipping Insurance requests must be requested at time of purchase.
Delivery
Local Delivery schedule is as folllows: Mon - Thurs. 8am-4pm. Please specify when ordering. NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
