Q: Is there any minimum?

A: Nope, there are no minimums or maximums. 

Q: Can I get samples?

A: Yes. We offer blank samples. One per item. Shipping still applies. Samples can not be returned.

Q: What are your set up fees?

A: Normally $5 for a left chest or hat logo. It can be a bit higher if your logo is extremely detailed. It's best to email us your logo for an accurate quote.

Q: Do you provide a proof of the logo so I can see it before you embroider my items?

A: Yes, we provide a jpeg image of your logo. We want to be sure you are completely satisifed before we send your order to production.

Q: Some companies charge exorbitant shipping fees, what are your shipping fees and what service to you use?

A: We do not elevate our shipping fees. There is no handling fee. We charge exactly what UPS charges us, no more.

Q: Does your prices on your Apparel page include embroidery?

A: Yes, left chest embroidery up to 10,000 stitches.

Q: What is your turnaround time?

A: Normally, 7 days.

Q: Do you do rush orders and if so, what is your charge?

A: Yes, we do. At this time we don't charge a rush fee. However any orders with less than 6 day rush turnaround must be paid in full at time of order placement.

Q: What is my minimum order?

A: There are no minumums.

Q: How many sewing heads do you have?

A: We have one single head machine so we can embroidery 1 piece at a time.

Q: What are your terms and do you accept PO's?

A: We accept Visa  as well as money order. At this time we do not accept PO's on internet orders. Your credit card is charged after logo is approved. Unless it is a rush order, then your card must be charged at the time order is placed.

Q: Is embroidery as expensive as silk-screening?
A: No, in fact embroidery is about the same or less depending on the size. Especially, if your project has multiple colors.

Q: Is there an extra charge for multiple colors?
A:No, with embroidery color changes are not a problem. You can have as many colors as you want.

Q: Is there a difference between threads?
A: Yes, we use only the best available. Strength, color quality, and colorfast threads is how we judge our thread supplier. And we only use Madeira USA .

Q: Why is there a set up fee?
A: The art you supply us needs to be digitized into stitches. The more complex the art the more time it takes to digitize. We do our own in house digitizing 95% of the time. To control costs and lead time.

Q: Is the digitizing mine after I pay for it?
A:Yes, you will always be asked if you want a copy for your records. Our software is the most compatible in the embroidery world and can be used by any embroiderer. We use Tajima compatible software. 


Q: I'm not sure of a specific design, do you offer ready made designs?
A: Yes, We own over 48,000 designs, Just ask us and we'll probably have something your looking for. For example, Flowers, animals, cars, sports figures, mascots, flags, holiday designs, and many more…

Q: Do you offer free merchandise catalogs?
A:Yes, e-mail us your address and we'll be glad to send you our latest catalog.

Q:Other than shirts, caps, and jackets, what else can you embroider on?
A:Leather, vinyl, luggage, blankets, dog collars,balsa wood, toilet paper, and just about any fabric you can think of.
